The University of Thessaly Small Business Clinic is an innovative support mechanism of small business that helps them confront their structural problems in an increasingly antagonistic environment with the use of Business Analytics and Big Data technologies. The UTH Small Business Clinic provides free of charge and real time services that include profiling, benchmarking, diagnostics and advisory and prospect appraisal, while at the same time it provides a number of additional services on a subscription base in order to secure its economic viability.
