Διερεύνηση των διαθρωτικών μεταβολών της ελληνικής οικονομίας την περίοδο της οικονομικής κρίσης με χρήση της ανάλυσης εισροών – εκροών

Τα διαρθρωτικά χαρακτηριστικά και οι αδυναμίες της ελληνικής οικονομίας αναφέρονται στη βιβλιογραφία μεταξύ των βασικών παραγόντων που προκάλεσαν την οικονομική κρίση ή δεν επιτρέπουν την ταχεία «έξοδο» από αυτή. Η αποτελεσματικότητα των παρεμβάσεων που επιδιώκουν την τόνωση της οικονομικής ανάπτυξης, εξαρτάται σε μεγάλο βαθμό από την κατανόηση των γενικότερων χαρακτηριστικών της οικονομίας και κυρίως των διασυνδέσεων των παραγωγικών κλάδων. Η ένταση των σχέσεων που αναπτύσσονται μεταξύ των παραγωγικών κλάδων μιας οικονομίας, αποτελούν κρίσιμο παράγοντα για τις προοπτικές της μεγέθυνσης της και τη διόγκωση της παραγωγικής δραστηριότητας που επιφέρουν οι αναπτυξιακές δράσεις. Ένα ικανοποιητικό «πλαίσιο» περιγραφής των διακλαδικών σχέσεων μιας οικονομίας αποτελούν οι πίνακες εισροών – εκροών. Στο άρθρο αυτό χρησιμοποιούνται οι πίνακες εισροών – εκροών των ετών 2010 και 2015 για την εκτίμηση των βασικών μεταβολών που επήλθαν κατά την παραπάνω περίοδο στην ελληνική οικονομία. Αρχικά προτείνονται κατάλληλοι δείκτες που κάνουν χρήση τους πίνακες εισροών – εκροών και αποτυπώνουν βασικά χαρακτηριστικά της οικονομίας, στη συνέχεια υπολογίζονται οι τιμές των δεικτών αυτών και αξιολογούνται τα αποτελέσματα των υπολογισμών. Τέλος, διατυπώνονται συμπεράσματα και προτάσεις στρατηγικής για την επίτευξη της οικονομικής ανάπτυξης που απορρέουν από την ανάλυση που προηγήθηκε.
