This article investigates convergence and divergence among Greek regions since 1960. Regional inequalities are examined through the development of a Quality of Life index. We use alternative approaches for the estimation of real convergence or divergence among the 13 Greek regions. The first one is based on the coefficient of variation and the second one on quality of life rankings.
