Abstract

Various ages trainees, train mainly in improving the quality of their life. A big number of systematic exercisers supported by the use of ergogenic nutrition supplements. Carbohydrates, creatine, caffeine and sodium bicarbonate are some of the most common ergogenic supplements. In this bibliographic review we are looking for the possible effects of ergogenic supplements in swimming sport. Also, showing possible contraindications from the use of ergogenic supplements.
